"It's always such a 50/50 shot. It's either alright, soft fries but not cold because of the time it's been sitting, nothing ever feels fresh unless I got a lucky go. I NEVER see them use gloves... Every time I have gone these past 5 times, no gloves. This is over months too, I'm not one who eats out often, really... just a napkin over the food item, no nothing otherwise. I'm sorry, I don't want to eat food that's been touched, and a single use napkin left on top with no gloves, kinda crusty. Really crusty actually. I really really try not to come here for that reason alone unless there's nothing else. I feel like I get the side eye most the time I'm in there. It's... awkward? Idk. It feels off. But I'd rather walk In than do drive through, it's... rough 90% of the time. Overall, it's a quick bite? It's fast food? Blizzards are alright though... depending..."

"Not sure why everyone is complaining about service, but the guys taking my orders today were great! Got my Oreo blizzard and onion rings super fast. The onion rings were piping hot and crispy too. You also get a lot for a medium order here vs jack in the box who gave me 3 for my order. Absolutely nothing wrong wind my Oreo blizzard as well. It was thick with tons of Oreo chunks."
