"Went last night with my brother for a late night drink. All I got was my usual a white chocolate hot cocoa and it was horrible. They are my favorite drink from Bigfoot and the one I got taste burnt and like peanut butter. Usually the nutty flavor comes out when you do white coffee but I did not do that just a simple white chocolate hot chocolate paid $5.56 for a 20oz hot chocolate that I didn’t even drink. As well as when we were there the 2 girls working had a very bad attitude didn’t say anything to me just stared at me, pulling in she just stuck her head out the window didn’t say anything. Paying she would just put the card thing in my face and walk away then come back. All I can say is bring back the other Everett Bigfoot it was WAY better than this one is."

"This is a very slow location. There were 3 cars before me and it took 10 minutes or more. I've been to a full up Mercury's coffee many times and it didn't take that long. Hopefully this isn't normal. Coffee was good though."

"3x I been here since the other one closed and they girls do t know how to make the coffees you get charged for extras u add but never get them never coming back. ALSO tried to place a order over the phone cus online they won't let you purchase 32 oz but the refuse to do so.need to update there systems."

"My mother LOVES their coffee and is elderly and can no longer drive so I get them for her. HOWEVER, it frequently takes 40 minutes or more to get a coffee. When I got to the window (I was 6th in line) they were all chatting amongst themselves rather than making coffee. It's great to have fun at work, but you have to do the work too. And I had to give the order 3x because she was having trouble focusing on me rather than her friends."

"This location has such wonderful nice workers. My husband and I just discovered this place and have been coming exclusively (and frequently) for the blended drinks. Had a late night craving and Luna was hold down the fort. She was cleaning, making drink, and was super friendly!"
