"Unfortunately, I'd made calls three times here to ensure they had the battery I needed and verified that they do installations. I specifically chose this place so they could do the install. I let them know the year, make, and model of my car each time. Once I was finally able to limp my car to their store, they sold me the battery, but then told me they couldn't install it because of the type of car I have. I don't have any idea how each employee neglected to mention that when I called saying what kind of car I had and asked about installation everytime."
