Domino's Pizza 1427 Broadway, Seattle, WA 98122

"Domino's is a very good business. They go out of their way to Deliver and serve their customers. But at this location their workers are uncomfortable and unorganized. Sunday I ordered a pizza for 5 pm pick up on the app for my very first time to earn reward points. I go pick up pizza and the worker yells at me. Because I'm politely speaking over the glass to get his attention. It's something I did at a few other locations. And then the cashier randomly gives me a pizza and did not ask what the name on the pick up order was. But I was so embarrassed, Filled with anxiety, and overwhelmed from the worker yelling at me. I just wanted to get out of there. I left with the wrong pizza and unanswered questions about online ordering. I don't know if they were having a bad day, but I know not to go around time of 5p m. But Dominoes is an absolutely amazing business!!!"

"My 4star rating is based on 2separate orders: one in-store and one online delivery order. BOTH times the Pizza was hot and made to my request. The online delivery was fast, but driver forgot my sodapops."

"The employees here are great. If you ask them their opinion, you'll get the truth. If you're making a mistake on your order, they'll let you know. They're all surprisingly nice even as you pick up a pizza at 11:59pm when they close at 12."

Alongside pizzas, I have also tried their additional offerings such as pasta, loaded tots, and wings, all of which have met my expectations in terms of taste and satisfaction. I am happy with the overall quality of the food. Also, it is worth mentioning that I typically opt to personally pick up my orders."

"I ordered 100$ worth of Pizza for our staff and it was Soaked in Grease the Pizza box had soaked up most of the grease the rest was pooling in the center of the Pizza. the driver pulled 3 of the Pizzas out of the bag SIDEWAYS when i opened the box the cheese and toppings where stuck to the top of the pizza box. UNACCEPTABLE!!! You have a lost a Good Customer."
