"Thanks, John, for your quick, honest, and good work done on my daughter's truck, at a fair price."
"I wish I could give a better review. They worked on my 2003 Subaru wagon several times and every repair they did had to be redone in a few months due to low end parts used. I paid for ceramic brake pads and ended up with the cheapest asbestos pads you can buy and they glazed do bad my brakes failed on 512. They replaced a battery ($212) without checking the date sold—it was 14 months old and still under warranty (I found the paperwork in the car when I got it back) when the ACTUAL problem was a faulty O2 sensor. I brought it in THREE times for a suspension issue on the passenger side and they charged me the second and third time because they couldn’t find anything wrong. HOW does a mechanic miss a shared off ball joint bolt??? The mechanic I went to after saw it in seconds. And now we are finding out inferior parts we’re used on my husbands mini Cooper warranty work they did and they V are failing and taking other components with them. This shop I cannot recommend. I could have been seriously hurt with the brakes issue and/or the ball joint breaking. So much money paid out only to have to redo most repairs months later due to parts failure."
"We love these guys. They are very fairly priced and up front. You let them know what needs done, they call you back with a quote. Our quotes are usually higher than what we end up paying which is nice. We get all our services done here, from warranty stuff to oil changes."
"We take all of our vehicles in, we always get straight to the point answers. We are always given great advice about what is urgent and what is not. The conversations about other hobby or side projects is always great and we often get good advice about other supplies or places to purchase supplies for our different projects. John is always extremely helpful!"
"I have an older Yukon, one of my transmission cooler lines blew off climbing a hill with nowhere to safely pull over. I made it to Motor Worx and we decided to install a new Jasper transmission. I have waited a few months to write this review. Performance has been flawless! I also have an old Caprice police car (9c1) that developed some drivability issues. They have done well there too, problem repaired. My father has also used them when his Dodge Caravan developed mystery noises. NOT ONE JOB HAS REQUIRED A RETURN VISIT! Everyone there is friendly too, they explained everything clearly. They have excellent service, mechanics, staff and management. The mechanics are not just kids with a little skill. They use manuals, torque specs, and proper diagnostic tools. Getting and keeping staff that are on the top of their game and the proper tools and diagnostic devices isn't cheap even so their prices are good for the quality of service received. It is really nice getting a job done right and not having to return multiple times."
