"I've been going to Roosevelt Dental for more than a decade and loved them. But I think things have changed! Recently, I got stuck in traffic because of an accident on I 5 and called to say I would be late. They were very unsympathetic and said I had to be there at a certain time or I would not be seen. Traffic did not cooperate and I tried to reschedule and they said it would be two months before I could get an appointment. In addition, they sent me a $95 no show fee, which was really quite unfair."
