"I’m sure these people are very kind, and have built up a loyal customer base. However, last night via opencare, I attempted to schedule an appointment through my insurance provider—Delta Dental. This office had a single appointment left at 8:30 AM, which I selected. I gave notes on my appointment and I selected it through the pretense that it was urgent pain. I woke up the next day at 7 AM looking for a response back, but I didn’t receive one, and since it was urgent pain I headed to the Appointment to make sure that when they accept it, I’m ready to be seen. At 8:30am I called them and they told me that not only do they not take urgent pain patients, but that they’re booked for the day. When I told the receptionist my name, she immediately pulled up my appointment. My beef is that they never communicated that they would not accept it, and the fact the work they do is not properly formatted on the open care website. Even if they open at eight, they could have denied the appointment but they didn’t even check it. Driving in rush-hour traffic, to an appointment that they didn’t even care enough to cancel, really sucks. Just give me a call, jeez."

"Dr. Hahn is a great dentist, I highly recommend his services. The things I like the most are: 1. He seems to truly care about his patients, 2. He explains everything clearly and is great at answering questions, and 3. The other office staff (hygienist, front desk, etc) are very kind and helpful."

If I have any issues with my teeth he explains things in a way I can understand and gives me options for treatment, letting me know up front any costs that are additional to insurance. The staff of hygienists are kind and even remember details to ask about our family. They are also professional and friendly. You can tell that everyone enjoys working with each other as well."

I am one of those who doesn’t care for the dentist, but Dr Hahn makes the experience so comfortable. He is warm, engaging, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and honest! I recently referred my sister who was freakin out about a significant amount of dental work her dentist told her she had to have done and when she went to Dr Hahn he put her at ease by letting her know that she in fact didn’t need all of the work done.
