"I was referred to this dentist office by a coworker and I am SO glad I decided to try them out. My dentist made sure I was getting all the things I wanted to get done and helped me make a plan to get there. She talked to me like an individual and let me speak freely about services I wanted. They were so gentle on my teeth during my cleaning and made sure I was okay every step of the way!! Very personable dentist and would highly recommend her. The receptionist was great also making sure I was comfortable with payment options for my services I wanted and was also very personable!! Highly recommend them for all your dental needs!!"

"They definitely take their time here. Also someone came in to clean my teeth and they didn't communicate about what was supposed to be done. So the girl started cleaning my teeth then gaslighted me into thinking it was my fault for letting her do that even though I wasn't 100% clear on what we were even doing. Also I have repeatedly called them to cancel my second appointment due to my original poor experience but no one is picking up the phone."

"They don't stand by their work, it's as simple as that. for over half a year I've been trying to get a refund for shoddy work done on a major filling. Every single time I try to sort this out with them, I'm met with excuses. The financial person is on vacation. The dentist who did the work is on vacation and needs to approve it. Oh yeah we submitted the refund and retraction on your insurance (only for me to find out the retraction was canceled) They even took their own x-rays and agreed that the fix was done poorly, and let me tell you about how all of that went when they were doing it. They numbed me up, and drilled the tooth, pretty standard, right? Then they set up their printer to print a filling that was supposed to match the hole in my tooth. Then the printer broke down, then they just walked away for two hours. By the time they actually got around to putting the filling chunk in there, the numbing was actually wearing off. Later on, the x-ray showed that when they put the filling in, they put way too much glue in, so that glue had squished out and pushed into the other tooth next to it, and started to trap food in between them and cause even more decay. I got all of this fixed over at Go Family Dentistry and I would urge you to start there because they've done a fantastic job, and they stand by their work. Their financial office has been extremely patient with me as well, and I'm about to settle the bill myself because Renton modern dentistry can't get their paperwork sorted out, and keeps giving me excuses on why they can't do a refund for the work they proved themselves with their own x-rays was done wrong. I hope my story can save you the headache of having to deal with them for over half a year to try to get them to do the right thing. They're definitely in no big hurry to take care of their patients. I can't wait for them to respond to this review, asking me to call them so we can figure something out. Been there, done that, I've spoken to the office so many times I feel like we've known each other forever. There's nothing to talk about, refund me and retract the claim on my insurance. I've given you everything that you need to do that."
