"This is my first time being to this clinic. I took my dad to realign his dentures. I'm only going to give this place 3 stars just for the fact that they made his denture fit a little bit better and how nice the front desk lady was. What I didn't appreciate was how rude the doctor talked to my dad and I. He got impatient with my dad for not understanding what he was saying and asked "Does your dad not understand English?!" He huffed and puffed when my dad was not doing what he was saying. I told him that he needed to be patient because English is not my dad's first language. He also talked to me rudely for not translating right away to my dad. If you're a professional or working in the medical field, you need to be patient and not show that you're irritated with your client. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable because of him."
"Went for replacement dentures. Staff was very nice and I was not kept waiting. Molding only took a few minutes and I'll return next week for dentures. I'm very happy with the experience so far. I'll post an update next week."
