"What can I not say about this place. The service was beyond amazing! They really care about their patients and want the best for them. I am always very nervous about get my teeth checked. The dentist, Dr. Kang, and dental assistant, Justin, were very patient and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my appointment and procedure. They also made sure to explain everything that was going to happen during the appointment. Shandel, the officer manager, was so caring, helpful, and understanding and problem solved the best ways I could pay for all the things I needed without feeling overwhelmed. She provided the best customer service!! 10 STARS ALL AROUND!!"

"This place deserve 0 stars! Terrible customer service, mind you this was my first time getting a full exam at this office. Soon as I walked in the door, the energy felt cold and not inviting - no one said hello or how can I help you. The equipment was dirty and smelt like food. There were scuffs on the walls and dust on the floor. The dentist looked like she just rolled out of bed without looking presentable or professional. They tried to convince me of a procedure that was not needed and the pricing seemed way off. I knew I was in trouble when they had me sit in a room for 30 minutes waiting for the dentist and no one did not say a word to me. This appointment took 2.5 hours for a basic visit/cleaning. Immediately I cancelled the scheduled future appointment and they refused to send my x-rays to another dentist office and gave me a terrible attitude. STAY AWAY!"

"That’s the first time I’ve ever had fun at the dentist! Smiles was very patient with me and I’m a stinker! Answered my questions. I asked a lot of questions! They helped me avoid extra drugs and a procedure that would have been quite costly."

"I had my first experience here this morning at 9am. I had my x-rays taken first. The tech was very nice (young Asian lady). The xrays took longer than usual due to the sensor being an awkward fit in my mouth. No fault of hers, I have a small mouth, I was very patient during the process. She then moved me to the exam room. As I was about to sit down, I couldn't help but notice how filthy the room was! The exam seat was covered in debris and hair on the floor portion of it. After I noticed that, I had a look around at the floors and it was very dirty. White spots, dirt, debris, as if the floors haven't been swept in days. The walls also had chair scuffs all over them. I felt uncomfortable in there so I spoke to the hygienist. She offered to clean it. I said to her that I know that isn't her job and whomever is responsible for cleaning the office isn't doing their job. She stepped out and I waited there for few minutes - long enough to decide that I didn't want to be in that room anymore. There was an employee who walked by, I got her attention and showed her the dirty room . She just looked around and offered to move me to a different room. I had a glance at the other room, just as filthy. I left. Unacceptable and just plain disgusting. Also, the staff must have no type of dress code here. One of the receptionists had frayed jeans, chucks the other a graphic t shirt and jeans. It's unprofessional even if it is casual Friday. I will not be back. * I gave the place 2 starts instead of 1 because of the gentleman up front. He was helpful when I made my appointment and was friendly. The hygienist also tried her best. ***Response to the Owner*** Nobody attempted to reach out to me after I left. I even told the receptionist why I was leaving. Why should I give you a call??? If you cared to further discuss, why haven't you tried reaching out to me? That right there speaks volumes of how little you care about the patients experience."

"RUN! WORST DENTIST AND NIGHTMARE EVER. We arrived 30 minutes early and this new dentist doesn’t work on my elderly father until 30 minutes AFTER the 1 pm appointment time. UNPROFESSIONAL. No apologies when she finally shows up. Not the same dentist who worked on my father before. This Dentist of the month made no effort to introduce herself nor explain why to my me or my elderly father why she was late. Little experience with geriatric population and it shows. My father speaks five languages and English is not his first. We had received work from different dentists at the same clinic location. When I raised a concern on how my father was choking during a regular cleaning because they weren’t communicating or suctioning him often enough she snapped at me. Treats new patients like commodities. High turnover. Now we know why. I even raised concern to office manager and they didn’t bother to send us a survey per their usual office procedure nor reassure us that this would not happen again. While location is convenient for my father I highly recommend another dentist! I drive from Seattle to Tacoma to take my father to these appointments. My father had worked in healthcare and it was painful to see him treated with such disrespect. We transferred from Seattle Smiles and that office was problematic in communicating when our preferred dentist who was multilingual and experienced with geriatric population was no longer available after we confirmed appointments. They need to change their business model."
