"I’ve lived here almost 30 years now and have actually enjoyed my visits to this office because of the wonderful service by Beth and her team. Will always choose to do business with them. Helped tremendously through multiple vehicle transfers due to deaths in family and always ensured complete and detailed info/options communicated. Fast and accurate service always!"
"In and out within 5 minutes. The lady in there was so nice. I never left the DMV with a smile on my face until today lol"
"Hands down some of the nicest people are in this office. I live 5 minutes from the licensing place in Freeland but drive to Coupeville to avoid the rude people at Freeland Licensing. I'd drive even further to avoid them."
"Grossly incompetent in regards to reading skills. I called regarding replacing the title to my car. My wife and I both own it and we both live in Wisconsin. I sent a check for the amount they need ($85 if you want to replace a title within 10 days, otherwise the wait time is up to 2 months!) and the information they requested, notarized and everything. Fast forward two weeks and they HAPPILY cashed my check, and I still haven't seen a title. I called to inquire about that and the GROSSLY unprofessional lady on the other end told me that: 1. I didn't provide enough information for them to send me my title 2. Having not provided them with the right address, they LITERALLY MADE ONE UP and sent the title to my car to somewhere in Pennsylvania. 3. It's now my fault they proceeded against policy, and my responsibility to pay ANOTHER $85 (after she laughed about it) so they can maybe send it to Mexico this time. UPDATE: The issue was rectified after some investigating work on their end. Not thrilled about how it worked out, but it's better than nothing."
