"Words cannot express how phenomenal this dental office is, but I'll try! I was experiencing intense tooth pain for 3 days straight last week but was very fearful to go to a dentist. I found this place via Google and I'm so glad I did! From the first phone call to leaving my third appointment this afternoon - I have experienced nothing but kindness, understanding and such helpfulness to ease my pain and get me started on being pain free. The front desk? Amazing! The dental assistant? Fantastic! The dentist? Phenomenal! Everyone has been so friendly and professional, my only complaint is that they are out of network with my insurance, but honestly? They are worth it. 10/10 would recommend. Wish I could give more stars!"

"West Seattle Smile Company is hands down the best place I have ever gone for Dental work! And notice I mention the whole office, not only the dentist. I mean, my dentist, Dr Niki, is excellent. She uses modern technology and is very competent. So, I would be very satisfied with just that, but she is also so friendly, nice, and warm! I dont have any anxiety when I go in for work on my teeth. Anyone coming into the office, whether they are being seen by Dr Johnston, wife, or Dr Johnston, husband, they are going to receive the highest care. But let me come back to the office because they are part of the team. Everyone i have met here is smiling and excellent at their job. They are clearly part of your care team and they take that seriously. Whatever they do, they do conscientiously, with a warm smile.i particularly have to give a shout out to the people I particularly know. The tech that helps Dr Johnston, Kia, and the front desk woman, Michaela, are great! I feel well cared for and comfortable when I first hit the door. I really can't recommend a business any higher than West Seattle Smile Company. I have had extensive work done here. They are great!!"

"It was a great experience from the start, setting my initial appointment, completed all necessary online paperwork prior. Upon arrival the greeting from the front desk was warm and inviting with details of how the practice operates with insurance. I was very impressed with the thorough intake exam and dental cleaning with my hygienist. The Dentist was impressive as well helping me understand my current goals for treatment as well as some future plans. The atmosphere is welcoming and lastly very easy to schedule my next visit. "After 3 years of not going to the dentist I was super nervous to start the process and I was beyond relieved after my first appointment. The staff was super kind, great communication and financial transparency. Super impressed by the insurance quote I was given, very quick work. Because of the great communication and overall positive nature of the practice, I didn't feel the need to get another quote elsewhere (which I was planning on doing). Yesterday I had my first cavity filling and was very scared but both Dr. Geoffrey Johnston and Kiya were beyond amazing. My dental anxiety was taken serious and they both made me feel super important and well taken care of. I'm so happy I've found a dentist I can trust. Highly recommend if you have dental anxiety or haven't been to the dentist in a while. You will be well taken care of."
