"I wanted to like this dentist so badly. They had great reviews on the Fircrest neighborhood Facebook page and I was excited to find a female dentist. Unfortunately, last week my family got Covid and I ended up no showing an appointment that I had with them. They called me about it as I was frantically taking my one year old daughter to Urgent Care. Rather than asking how my family was, the receptionist expressed her disappointment that I wouldn’t make my scheduled appointment. She also asked if I planned to keep my appointment for the next week—I was shocked by this because it seems so unsafe to go to the dentist with Covid! Two days after our conversation, I received a bill for no showing my appointment. I was so disappointed by this because I no showed my appt due to a true emergency. I want to believe that this was some kind of mistake and that this office is better than this."

"This place absolutely deserves more reviews. I just got home from my new patient appointment and am amazed with their stellar work and the care that they put into their patients. I will absolutely be recommending this place to anyone whose insurance is partnered with this clinic. For one, the office and standards of care. The office is immaculately clean and you can tell that they are always putting in the work to keep the place tidy. As for standards of care, they think of even the smallest of things -- whether that be giving patients dark safety glasses for the exam (to keep anything out of the eyes and to protect one's eyes from staring at the ceiling lights) or having monitors that the patient can easily see (that has large images of their x-rays and photos of their teeth). As for the physical care, they also appear to excel in this. They have a wide variety of tools and technology at their disposal to collect the data that they need and to efficiently clean your teeth -- some of these tools of which they can also use to visually help the patient understand the health of their teeth. In addition to the technology and tools, the team appears to have the knowledge in how to accurately and efficiently interpret the data and explain the implications to their patients."

"I had an emergency (a broken front tooth). Jan got me in as a new patient in 2 days. Beautiful location, wonderful staff and office. Dr Miller used bonding to repair my tooth and exceeded my expectations. She’s a total perfectionist, gentle and kind. Highly recommend."
