When they left and opened Urban Custom Bikes, it was the only place I took my Ultra Classic for ALL services - right up until I sold it. I recommended them to the new owner and he too was amazed by the level of customer service and exceptional workmanship. I now own a custom built 1958 Police Special retro-mod and wouldn't think of taking it anywhere else. Knowing that Dead Center Cycle is really just another name for Jeremy and Jessica is all the reason in the world for naming them as THE place for custom or factory Harley work. Good People... "I respect the hell out of small businesses who choose the niche they find most satisfying and then excelling at that business. Urban has worked on my old bike ('12 FLSTC) several times with impeccable results. Service is great. Work is clean and pricing is fair. Owners are great people and they have a couple of really fun shop mascots (Jacob and Justine). I can't imagine scoring this shop poorly because they don't work on my kind of bike. Not an accurate depiction of the shop, skills of the employee base, or the pride of the ownership. Sour grapes is all that is."

If its horsepower you want the got it, if its a warm friendly smile with great service they got it, and if your like me putting miles on your bike when you get there try out the sofa its better than a sleep#"
