"I respect the hell out of small businesses who choose the niche they find most satisfying and then excelling at that business. Urban has worked on my old bike ('12 FLSTC) several times with impeccable results. Service is great. Work is clean and pricing is fair. Owners are great people and they have a couple of really fun shop mascots (Jacob and Justine). I can't imagine scoring this shop poorly because they don't work on my kind of bike. Not an accurate depiction of the shop, skills of the employee base, or the pride of the ownership. Sour grapes is all that is."
