Yellow Cab Olympia

"We were on a weekend trip to Seattle and we planned to take taxis or Ubers the whole time we’re there. Never could get hold of an Uber or a lift so we ended up using yellow taxi cab. When I made appointments, it usually worked except once when he said he couldn’t find us and he charged us anyway and then he found us a few minutes later and charged us again,. And then there’s the three drivers, who wanted cash and wanted us to tell him how much we could pay them so they could get cash so they don’t have to report the ride which was very awkward. We just wanted to book taxis take the ride tip and be where we needed to be and this all experience was pretty horrific."

"We waited 2 hrs for a cab after being told..it would be 20 mins. Had to call 3 more times...the 2nd time we were told 5 mins. Believe it or not...the dispatcher evem got mad and our repeated calls. Even better the cab never showed. Worst service ever. Save your time and call a different cab company."

"Twice when ordering a taxi hours in advance the taxi did not show up and I had to call the company myself. I only use Redi Cab or Uber now."

"The driver was friendly and helped me with my bags. The fair for the taxi was quite reasonable as well. It was only $10, so I have him a $10 tip. Im using this taxi service from now on"

"I ordered a cab for a resident at my job- the dispatcher was incredibly rude to me over the phone, screamed at me/over me while I tried answering his question, and then when I called back after waiting 45 minutes after the pick up time, yelled again telling me they were busy. I work in a service industry- I understand being busy. But it is not my, or my residents fault, for calling back when you say someone will be there at a specific time and they are almost an hour late. The driver was extremely pleasant however, the only positive part of the experience."
