"Updated: I don't know if they have new management or worse drivers but the past few times they estimate whatever and show up late, even if you have a reservation they want to show 20-30 minutes late. As bad as yellow cab now. Original: Overall highly reliable, clean cabs, professional drivers. Decent first mile and per mile rates, definitely not cheap tho. Sometimes dispatch underestimates wait times, but that could be traffic or other circumstances."
