"I bought a sofa set and asked for a storage ottoman. I asked several times that it was the storage ottoman and the salesman said it was. Well the wrong ottoman showed up so I returned it. I was refunded but not for the delivery portion. I spoke with three different people who all told me either no or they’d see to get the delivery refunded. I finally had to go through the Better Business Bureau to get the delivery fee refunded. The whole time they acted like it was my fault the ottoman wasn’t correct. I do love the sofas but I doubt I’d go back."
