"The store had a great variety of bears and clothing for almost any occasion (Valentine's, anniversary, birthday, graduation, St Patrick's, children's gifts, and more) I was surprised to find they had a good stock of limited time or special edition bears and clothing as well. The staff was extremely friendly and even offered the adults a chance to stuff the animals, rather than just doing it themselves."

"Coming in on a busy Sunday isn’t the greatest. this is suppose to be a cheerful happy store for kids to walk into and be excited. Instead they got to face unhappy employees making the experience poor and miserable. Employees speaking rudely, the manager approaches me from behind and is raising her voice at me then says I came at her pretty hostile. Yes mam I did. Why did you come at me from behind yelling? Employees need to organize the store and make sure pricing is correct. Manager doesn’t care what you saying because she raises her voice and speaks over you. She then removes price tags from the original placement so when I walk over there it’s no longer there for me to show her. We will be going to tukwila from here on out. Where the employees greet you with smiles and love to cheer the children along while the bear gets stuffed and they get to place the heart in. Where the store is organized and the prices are correct. Where the employees and management won’t be speaking over you and listen. Ms Destiny we hope your Sunday got better and you were a whole lot friendlier to people!"
