"One of the best dental clinics I’ve ever been. I had my appointment today and as a courtesy, I called to inform them that I might be few minutes late due to the icy condition. They are still willing to see me if they will make adjustments due to weather condition. Gladly I made it 7minutes before my appointment time and the front desk (forgot her name) welcomed me with a great smile and offered me a drink. I end up having a cup of coffee - thank you for the complimentary refreshment. The lobby was very inviting. I sat in the lobby for 7-10minutes while composing myself - I had to do this because it’s a dental clinic. But I really don’t have to, the aesthetically-designed lobby did the job. Hailey (I think this is the correct spelling), the dental assistant called me and walked me to the procedure room. She’s very kind and sweet. And she was consistent - from the time I spoke to her until she walked me out of the room. She clearly explained the process and my expectations, and she made me comfortable in the dental chair. Dr. Coppin is a knowledgeable dentist. He explained all available treatment options after he reviewed the imaging. I was also impressed when he mentioned that he teaches at UW - he is purely dedicated to his career. Teaching is an unselfish career. He is sharing his expertise to others. I thought the procedure will be scary but he made it easy. It was long though, but I think he wants to make sure the problem is treated with quality. Hailey knows what she was doing, she pays attention to what’s needed during the procedure and this for made it easier for Dr. Coppin. I thank the entire staff of South Bay for taking care of me. My 5 stars also equates to 5 hearts. ❤️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️"

"The new office is just beautiful. Easy to find and parking a breeze. Chairs have heat and massage, bonus! As always, the staff is amazing. They do such a good job of discussing the issues and explaining what is going on during the procedure. Dr. Lane is just the nicest guy and very gentle.
