"Difficult to understand dispatcher(s). Talked to a different dispatcher every time I called back to get update. Wouldn't give me an ETA on driver. Each new representative asked for info I had already given. Felt sketchy, would not be my first choice for towing/recovery service."

He said there would be a 39 dollar charge. She said fine, just to end the experience. An hour later there was a 217 dollar charge on my visa account. Do not use Evers"

"Do not use Evers Towing! I locked my keys in my car while at a community event. I called their listing on google, speaking to I presume an answering service. This rep was very difficult to understand, and I had to ask her to repeat herself many times and spell my responses. She was unfamiliar with any landmarks near me to find where I was. After a 15 min phone call, she informed me that they couldn’t help me without a credit card number- (Which I had locked in my car). I had to call a family member to get their card number to continue to “ verify service”. They charged the card while I was on the phone with her. After being told it would be 90 minutes, while waiting for driver, I received a second text message from someone else, asking me to call and verify the same information I had given 30 minutes ago to the first agent. I called him, and When I objected to repeating everything again this agent said to me “maam you will not receive service unless you are more cooperative”. That was the end of that painful conversation as I terminated service. This agent texted me and asked me to return his call again, which I refused. We called another service, had excellent response and our car was opened in 20 min. DO NOT USE EVERS TOWING!"
