"Long story short 5 hours the first day and 2 1/2 the next day to just get new tires that they put on wrong and " accidentally," charged me twice and my bank held my money all weekend.the only reason I give 3 stars is because the service advisers were super nice other then that I would not recommend this location also would like to add that they told me I needed my transmission fluid flushed and that it was manufacture recommended , well I always go with the manufacturer recommended but this was a lie I haven't even reached my miles yet and later to find out I have a sealed transmission and the service is not required unless you are pulling or towing an lot of weight"

"I've been burned by this department twice now. Today was the second time. I made an appointment to have an issue diagnosed. When dropping my vehicle off I was told that the should only take about two hours get to the vehicle to diagnose and they would get back to me with an update. After waiting seven hours not hearing a word I call and after getting tossed around a mechanic finally picks up the phone and says the car has not even been seen, and that diagnoses take 24hrs. I ask if that's the case why not make my appointment for the next day, to which they had no excuse, response or apology for."

"Carless service jeopardize people’s life: This location used to be my favorite place to purchase and for services. I have never had an issue with service until the last couple of times. Having my Periodic maintenance for my Tacoma and after I left I realized that they didn’t rotate the tires as they said!!! I called and left a voicemail and never heard back so I sent a text to the person who helped me book my appointment and told me to bring it back for air pressure check and tire rotation which they should have done as well but they never did! Went there yesterday and they took the car for tire rotation and pressure check. I have got a text on my phone that my car is ready and I had my 2 daughters with me (Toddlers) so we took off and surprisingly, while we were at a stop light, people in their car next to me telling me your right passenger tire is shaking left and right!!! I decided to take the very first right turn, and was shocked to see that the tire is very loose!!!! Imagine, I had my 2 daughters with me and I was going on the free way with a loose tire. Imagine how was it scary for me and my kids. I turned around and turn on my blinkers and drove back to the service center. I had a serious talk with the manager who was shocked when he saw the loose tire. Please, be really careful when you have your cars serviced there. I personally had so much trust and respect to Toyota's business style but after their service center jeopardized my family's life, I will think a million time before going back for another service. You all too need to re-think before giving them your trust."

"Bought a new 4runner from this location, every time I bring it in for service something is wrong by the time I get home. First time missing hub cap on rear wheels. Second time they check cabin air filter and drop debrie into the fan. They even try to get me to pay for something they did. I 100% do not recommend them."
