"Car was delivered to us with 3 major flaws: passenger door wouldn't open, a visible dent right above the main repair area, and a screw from the inside pushing the door skin out - forming a bare dimple on the outside. I would say their quality control is near zero. Ultimately the repair was completed satisfactorily, but after several phone calls and returning it to them for several more days work. Almost forgot-- they wanted to charge another 20% because their estimator missed work that needed to be done to remove the bumper cover. Is it a bid or what?"
