"Made an appt and took 3 months to get in for a recall. Also my 2021 Santa Fe has been stalling out with trying to start, so we wanted them to look into that too. Said it would take another separate appt to run diagnostic and check the battery. They said they would text when the car was ready for pick up. Drop off Friday at 8am. Never heard back. Went in Saturday afternoon and they had no idea where our key was or even if the car had been touched. Update…. It’s now Monday night and I still don’t have my car back. Not a single word from them ."
"As promised, I am removing the negative review. It took this dealership a week to fix the error on the dashboard/calibrate my car (and I had to rent a car). It was too much considering I've only been an owner for five months. I hope the owner takes the feedback seriously and spends some time providing additional training to his employees (especially Brenda G. (service department) and Brandon P. (sales department)."
"Back in September, I made a service appointment for a recall notice. The next appointment wasn't until December. A week prior to the appointment, I called and was able to confirm the appointment and details about the recall. I showed up for the appointment today only to be told that my car is too old to be worked on by their team. My car didn't age THAT much since the appointment was scheduled in September. Why did they schedule the appointment in the first place? Why did they not tell me last week when I called and confirmed?"
"Called to simply get an ESTIMATE on a timing belt and water pump replacement, from Service. They said they had to transfer me to Parts, to see if they had the parts in stock, then have Parts transfer me back to Service, to see about the labor. They said they would probably have to special order the parts first, and I'd have to ORDER AND PAY for the parts ahead of time, before scheduling with Service. GIVE ME A BREAK. I've never encountered such nonsense in my life. People want their car fixed, turn-key -- that's the whole point of going to the dealership. I schedule the repair, you order the parts and fix the car, and I pay the money -- not sure what is so hard to understand about that. Apparently the dealership is so tight with money they can't afford to risk a few bucks tied up in inventory just in case the customer cancels the repair. And to bring this full circle: I ONLY WANTED TO GET AN ESTIMATE - wasn't even trying to schedule anything yet. What kind of Service department can't give an estimate and makes you talk to the parts department first? This is ludicrous. Skip this place and their silly games."
