"Came out and spend 15 min diagnosing a problem with our batteries , we still had a problem that weekend turns out our batteries were bad which he said he had tested, we decided we wanted to convert our batteries to lithium and add solor panels which he had informed me on initial visit was best we had a few questions about that and wanted to proceed, we tried calling back multiple times as well as e mail and got no response still it has been more than 2 weeks and zero response which is funny cause they answered right away when it was time to get paid the day of the diagnose …seems to me that even if your busy and or don’t want our work a response stating that would be a little more professional"
