Her replacement, Killian, is an excellent addition. He utilized his vast experience (20+ yrs) in RV service & diagnostics to identify a problem not recognized by the awning manufacturer to save me money ($700!). His knowledge and experience will surely further enhance this great shop and the excellent staff they have to continue to excel in RV service and repairs. "I called Dylan an hour before closing, explained my trailer light troubles. He suggested I bring it by and he'd take a look. Turned out it just needed a bulb, which I couldn't get out. He replaced it then noticed a loose wire, he then proceeded to fix that for us. No charge! He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will be taking all my repairs back to Alpine. "They were great from start to finish. Even when we had a blowout on the way there they arranged for us to do a late after hours drop no problem! As soon as the warranty and insurance details were ironed out they got the parts super fast and had the repairs done in one day! When I got I back home they even helped me troubleshoot my fridge and freezer not working and helped me figure out how to reset it! Amazing job!"

"We took our motor home to Alpine for the furnace and water heater issues. Upon dropping it off, Melissa asked questions aboutour motor home but also if we had any trips planned so that we could get it back in time. Her communication through out the entire process was exceptional. I never had to call to find out what they were doing or when I can expect it back. No repairs were done without prior approval. When I picked it up I knew exactly what the bill was and even their payment process was top notch. Then when I walked around the motor home I noticed the fresh water fill housing was replaced. In one of our conversations I mentioned that in passing and they replaced the entire housing and sealed it. I can't find those charges on the invoice. Yes it's a small item but it makes my next water fill way easier. I do recommend Alpine, motor home was done quickly, customer service is stellar, and everything works like it should again."
