"Lightning glass replaced my window that was broken when it was at the body shop. They removed it and put a new one back in but it was set crooked and shifted to the left. When I went to pick up my truck at the body shop I noticed it and I contacted the owner Thai to come out to fix it. He told me I had to go through the body shop even though he is mobile and I had already picked up my vehicle. He refused to come look at it and would only do it at the body shop which I could not do. I went to safelite who noticed the issue right away and agreed that the job should never have been left this way. I suggest you take your business elsewhere as this company does not take responsibility for their work."

"Clearly not interested in my business. 1989 pickup with flat rear glass and rubber gasket. Asked me if it had rust. I said no. Super easy and quick install to pop it out and put it in. No urethane to deal with. Told me he was a month out. I asked if I could get a price on just the glass and I could install. He declined saying he doesn't sell just the glass. I asked him for a quote if I waited a month for an appointment. He said $360 but that he didn't like doing older stuff and to try MS Glass. I asked him if the $360 was for a slider or solid and he said neither. $360 was just the labor. He never asked me for any information about the truck. I told him he was clearly not interested in my business to quote $360 for labor on 15 min of work not including the glass cost. He said he absolutely interested because they have been in business so long and then told me to go to MS Glass. Really?"

"My experience with customer service is great. I made a voicemail late last night. Called me back first thing in the morning. And drove out to me on time. Service to the replacement was fast and precise. Payed 266$ for the replacement. For great service i gave additional tip. Customer satisfaction is 10/10. Only down side is no warrenty... Other than that. Keep up the good work. You guys are awesome!"
