"Very professional, friendly staff. I was quite impressed with them they checked everything possible and shared it all with me including my options, never felt pressured at all just made me more aware of my vehicle and what it needs and may need in future. I will be taking my second vehicle in and this is my to go place now!! Also they have great vaccums and car wash. They earned my business for sure they will not disappoint."
"Oh my gosh this place is phenomenal! The team of techs were so nice, informative, never seen standing around, attentive to every customer, and not pushy on trying to sell you stuff. They offer and acknowledge what your vehicle needs or may need,, but nit pushy which is breath of fresh air.. They are very thorough! My new oil change place from now on! Special shot out to my tech, Walker. He was awesome!"
"This is an A+ business. I have been here two times so far and I can say they have a forever customer in me Very pleasant, friendly and courteous staff - everyone is customer oriented. There was a little line but they came out out my car and offered a beverage while waiting (they were very efficient so the wait time wasn't that long). They did some preliminary work while I was waiting to go into the bay (oiled the door hinges, put air in the tires, checked the fluids and gave recommendations, etc.). They are very knowledgeable with the recommendations but not pushy (which is a huge plus). They told me when my car should be serviced. was upfront with the cost and asked if I would like to add it. When I said no, it was not an ordeal. I highly recommend Oil Stop. You will not be disappointed."
"Oil stop is slowly building a reputation through professionalism, a fun spirit and attention to detail. I understand the pressure for adding items to increase profits but maybe back off a little. I think that they are on the right track and their communication and friendly demeanor taking care of business has made me a return customer as I have 3 cars I bring here. ~You know that they are doing something right when you pull up, and the employee remembers your dog's name. Keep up the work and the professionalism. Go easier on sales, maybe another approach. The car wash is a great addition."
"Ever since this company took over they have ruined this little business. They fired the friendly knowledgeable staff and replace them with amateur youngsters. I went in for an oil change and the first thing that happened while waiting in line was I got mobbed by some kid trying to sell me a bunch of junk to put in my oil. He was extremely pushy about it and I was annoyed. Then by the time I got into the building I realize the price of an oil change had almost doubled! While they were changing my oil I was again mobbed by a bunch of kids trying to sell me at least five other unnecessary additives For my engine including stop leak which will ruin your engine. Then some 18-year-old kid tried his best to convince me that I needed three other services totally over $400! I was extremely annoyed. They continuously tried over and over to sell me every single product you see in that photograph. All of them about $20 and you could buy any of them at an auto parts store for five or six dollars. I got my oil changed and new windshield wipers, they brought me a bill for over $100! I will not be returning."
