"My car was making an odd sound underneath while driving slowly, so I took it to The Dalles Honda Dealership to get it checked out. I dropped off my car to be serviced, and within an hour, I was told what needed to be done. I had an appointment scheduled and did not have to wait at all. The personnel were extremely kind and friendly. Excellent customer service!"

"I felt that I was being manipulated the entire time such that I would okay a lot of work to be done at high hourly rates. The young man who helped me was ok but clearly shackled by the agenda required by the dealership. The actual work done was fine. Very disenchanting experience."
