"Do not go here for anything other than paint!Got rear ended and took my truck here for repair because of the good reviews. They mis diagnosed the repair, milked me and insurance for double the original repair. I am coming back to re write/update this review about a year later bc it’s taken me that long to try and fix everything bc I love this truck so much. I believe it there was more damage even HARDER to fix and repair because the negligence of this shop. Aside from leaving my window open for 3 months In The rain ruining headliner, water in fuel system, putting my brake lights backwards, putting in a leaking battery, losing hardware for lights, not scanning for codes (even though there was transmissions codes) and giving the truck back to me transmission full of metal shavings. Also not sure how I had an alignment when my front wheel was barely still on! Best of all THEY FORGOT TO BOLT MY TRANSFER CASE BACK UP. For months going to different shops chasing this knock and vibration my t case and driveline had been sliding around for months,by the time I finally found out it had ruined engine mounts, transmission mount, injector return line( was leaking diesel slowing out the hood) messed with driveline and lord knows what else. These people are terrible and Dylan has wrote a response below, but made it clear on the phone there was no intention on actually owning up to this negligence, telling me “ you know that’s just collision repair it’s never fun for anyone” I would seriously avoid these guys at all cost. I’m grateful that I had to become resourceful and learn to really look at things myself bc obviously this shop does not treat vehicle like their own"
