"Booking an appointment was easy. Checking in was easy and quick. Customer service was wonderful! Service took an hour. The thing I loved though…. In my 15 years of driving and owning my own vehicle, almost every time I go to get an oil change… they always try to give me a huge list of things I need to do for my car. I worked with Marc and I believe Zach (we were not introduced but I caught a glimpse of his name tag so I may be incorrect). They took time to try to explain what work needed to be done with my car and kept me in the loop, they also took the time to explain the process in detail and answered my questions without an issue. I originally spoke with Paul over the phone for a general price quote of how much it would cost over all and the price was a bit more out of our price range than I was quoted originally but would love to go back in the future when funds are not as tight to be able to receive that same great customer service!"
