"My AC went out on my GMC truck while I was in Portland and I did a search and found Hi-Tech Auto Repair. Ran the reviews and saw people saying how honest they were, unlike many shops that try to gouge customers who are not knowledgeable of auto repair. So I called and spoke to David who told me to come over and he'll try to get me cool again. Drove in and his father courteously directed me to park. They were very pleasant and David hooked up an automatic machine to my truck which did a vacuum test which it passed, and recharged my freon. While this was being done, David and I chatted about a few things. I spent about an hour but it didn't feel like it because of the chit-chat, and drove out with my AC like new.
