"We have been bringing our cars to Accurate Motorwerks for a couple years or so now. They are a little farther away than I would prefer my auto repair shop of choice to be but still we choose to keep using them. Overall, we have been happy with the work performed and when on occasion warranty work had to be performed or the initial problem was not permanently resolved the owner was very diligent to make things right and get to the bottom of things and made sure we were satisfied. (After all, auto repair is not an exact science, so a mechanic once told me!) The service advisors have been good and are polite and patient with the customers. "It looks like you see a lot of reviews but most people when you read this, that is a first time for them to go to Accurate Motorwerks and don't want to go to a dealer. Hearing ten people claim to see something isn't like seeing it with your eyes. This is what I thought before I went to the Acc-Moto. I just moved to the USA and got a used BMW F30 2015 to drive. This is my first car and I plan to use it for a long time. I would like to get service from a mechanic who is professional with BMW and honest. I found the Acc-Moto is the no.1 best review with a specialist for BMW, and I would like to get a service to replace all of the fluid and some parts of the suspension. Today I got my car, and this is what I would like to tell you. - When you meet them, THEY ARE SO FRIENDLY WITH EMPATHY TO LISTEN TO MY LOW SKILL TO SPEAKING. - When they inspect the car and estimate the cost. THAT IS NOT TOO DIFFERENCE WITH THERE ESTIMATE AND PRICE IS ON AVERAGE IN THE MARKET. - When they service the car. THAT SO QUICK AND DO IT ON TIME THAT THEY TOLD ME.(For this one please understand, it can be not on time because they are waiting for a new part from the dealer) - When they finish. THEY GIVE A CLEAN JOB AND ALL PART HAD REPLACE AS I ORDERED. I believe you can get experience like me from everyone in the Acc-Moto. PS. "Very impressed with Accurate Motorwerks. They did a great job with my Audi. I’ve always been very hesitant to trust auto mechanics, but the crew at Accurate Motorwerks definitely earned my trust. The vehicle inspection they provided was great, very thorough & included pictures. All the same stuff that the Audi dealership recommended I have fixed so I knew it was legit, not trying to upsell me on stuff my car really doesn’t need. They finished my car quickly and the communication during it all was awesome. Their prices were better than all the German auto shops I called in Portland. Will definitely take my car their again."
