"I asked about rebuilding a common (25 yr old) transmission and he said "I don't work on those anymore" and hung up on me. I had read the same in another review and thought -Well, that must not be the whole story. But its true. I was gonna ask if he could recommend someone else, but too late. Would never recommend that type of business."

"I called Bill with what I thought was a slipping trans in my Dodge 2500, he was honest over the phone saying he didn’t think that was the issue, after a short test drive he said it was my lift pump on it’s way out and showed me the issue. He quickly sourced parts and had the work done for a very honest and fair price, he showed me every part that was replaced and even noted the fuel filter looked new so he let it be. Great service, great attitude, exceptional work, honest, and fairly priced service!!"
