Rick got back to me and he had the best of everything. They showed up got the job done and in a timely manner. I am very well pleased with this whole experience. They deserve more then 5 stars."

"I called about eight mobile mechanics & Rick was the only one who not only called me back but was available immediately. I had a used alternator which he had checked at Auto Zone before he installed it to make sure it was good. Because of other issues, the car was still not reliable but I had to move it from its current location. After the installation, he followed me home to make sure I made it. He had to jump start the car three times within about three miles. I will tell all my friends about his quality service and his kindness."

"summary, I hired Rick and am now down ~$3,500 parts and labor and motor light came back next day- Rick AWOL) This is actually a triple review. First time we used Rick was on a truck with simple master cylinder swap out. He showed up, did the work. OK, decided to use him for the more important bigger project in our van. It was quoted as a two day project. That was spread out over 3 weeks~ Lots of personal stuff, and that's fine- maybe it was just bad timing. But when he finished the check motor light came on the next day. I specifically asked you about this scenario, Rick. What happens if check light comes back on? 'Call me, I'll fix it' We hired Rick because he A) runs a small business B) served, and is a vet and C) therefore MUST be trustworthy and have high integrity. I gave you 4 weeks with multiple attempts to get in touch, you responded at first and then must have decided it's not a project you'd like to finish. But then what did I pay you for? Huge disappointment, and after using Rick and him ghosting us, we had to take the van into a shop after all, what they found was: •Old used gaskets left behind from Rick’s job in the motor •Re-used single use gaskets which had failed that Rick saved money by reusing. •Various parts with 1/3 bolts after Rick’s install. •Lines not secure or braced when reattached. This is your business.. Rick. First time I met ya, this is the last thing I would have thought. expensive lesson ~ :/"

"Very honest, prices are so reasonable and even with ordering a part he was able to come back the next day and repair my car in less than 45 minutes. He showed me what caused the damage in the first place and recommended I hang onto an old belt in case I ever have one break. It was nice being able to say at home to wait while getting schoolwork done rather than being stuck somewhere waiting. I'm glad my mom recommended him and will definitely use his services in the future. Thanks again Rick!"
