"First a little back story, we have went 4 wheeling in the snow on larch mountain countless times, pulled out many people along the way. Well, pride got to me and I wanted to go up further than I should have and both jeeps went to the cliff side trying to navigate in reverse on the off camber trail after coming up on 4ft of snow when the tracks ended. Tom was there In less time than he said and we just got to work. His skill set in this situation was master level and he was clear, calm, and obviously made the right calls. He was there for us the whole way down, making sure we got down safe. This guy is the real deal, I trusted him with my life being inches from sliding off a 500ft cliff side and would again. "Words can not explain how grateful with the level of service that big Tom provided. We got hit with a winter storm out of no where. There where cars, trucks and semi’s stranded on the side of the road and vehicle accidents accruing every minute. We are a small family own business that can’t afford to have our vehicles and trailers down. We got stuck a few times and avoided 3 accidents before stopping in a motel that was booked. We had no where to go and stranded inside our vehicle. We where scared of getting robed and needed to get back home. I spent two hours calling tow companies, shops, auto stores. I couldn’t get my hands on chains or find a way out of town. Big tom was the only person that was able to help. He wasn’t even from the area, so he went out of his way to come help us.
