"I was on my way to work when my car lit up like a Christmas tree. I was fairly certain it was my alternator since my power windows and wipers stopped working and knew I was minutes away from my car shutting down. On a normal day this would be frustrating, but for me this was frustrating and terrible timing. I live in Hillsboro and was staying in Longview to care for my sick Mom when this all happened. Not familiar with any shops in the area I called JC Mechanical. I spoke to the owner who was nothing but kind to me and assured me he could get me fixed up and on the way. I took my car in and would you believe it, they did just that!! I received the BEST service you could imagine. From the minute I was greeted until I left, they were nothing but kind to me. I'm fairly certain the technician (who was AMAZING )worked through his lunch to help. He said he didn't but It was well past lunch time and he worked on my car until it was finished. What a diamond this shop is. Affordable, kind and honest. I will be taking my car in for all its maintenance going forward. I fully recommend this shop. I am very lucky to have found them.
