"The service is definitely friendly. But every time I have come to this place just for a oil change, I have left with problems ranging from my drain plug not being tight/all the way on and leaking oil all over the roads after paying a good penny for the service to recently leaving my air filter cover off and driving around with it just sitting on my engine and sliding around. How do you not see that something is out of place before you close the hood? I shouldn’t have to check all these things before I leave the parking lot on multiple occasions but unfortunately I have to."
"Went in to get an oil change, apparently you have to print and physically bring in the discount code. Okay that's fine rules are rules. Was told it would be $85 for an oil change. I sit down in the lobby while he works. When he comes out to charge me it's $99.99. never mentioned any upcharge before he started working. And wouldn't have said anything if I didn't ask about it. I guess I have some special filter? Would have been nice to know before bc I would have gone somewhere else."
"1st visit the inexperienced tech over filled my engine oil ! made the mistake to return and let the tech's change the oil in my trucks front and rear axles. They overfilled the axles, did not inform me. Oil was pouring out my axles. They admitted they did ! the general manager told me that the owner told him to kick me to the street!! I had to replace a seal in rear and the seals in the front axle! Totally unprofessional untrained techs and I wouldn't let the management run a lemonade stand!!"
"Was an overall great experience. They didn't have my rear windshield wiper onsite. But had it replaced before I left. Service was fast. Recommendations were spot on with what I needed. Prices were good. Great guys that were knowledgeable and very pleasant. I will definitely make this my go to place."
