Comfort Dentistry

"I’ve had 5 appointments and none of the agreed upon work done. So I’m updating as Ive never seen this before in all my years working in medical. If you like going to the dentist and waiting for hours (literally,) and not getting the work done this is the right place. If you work, this just isn’t because I just keep going to apts. I’ve a rare neurological condition (Trigeminal Neuralgia,) broke my jaw+multiple teeth at 19 and had no dental insurance for decades. First Dentist that was kind, humble and so was all of his Staff. Definitely had a long wait, but I am glad that I waited it out because first Dentist I’ve ever actually felt comfortable with and considering the number of barriers that I have- this is a big deal. I myself now work in behavioral health and my recommendation is actually both personal and professional. Often times with mental health or physical disabilities comes dental barriers and I so far have been a very big fan of this dentist. I will also be getting an extraction there this week. I will update if I change my mind but thus far pretty happy with the dentist. I promise you I never thought I would say those words."

"Staff, you're awesome, they're professional understanding fun down-to-earth, but they keep focused on your health and make you sure that you can look your very best and feel comfortable when you have to do something that may be your nervous to do, such as cavity. Hes period but in the end, I'm just so happy and pleased and looked forward to go in there every time period it's due to the staff and a dentist is just both amazing. Front of the house is so kind, really 5 star Dentist."

"**NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE** **NO HANDICAP PARKING PLACES** **EXAM ROOM NOT ACCESSIBLE TO EMERGENCY PERSONNEL AS DOOR WAYS ARE TOO NARROW** Exam Room behind the desk has a walk way half the width of a normal entrance/doorway as the front counter sticks out and blocks half of the walkway. Preventing patients, staff and as I said emergency personnel if needed from entering the room safely. There is absolutely no way any equipment/stretcher etc would fit through that narrow opening (it was no wider than my hips) myself and my cane didn't fit directly through, I was forced to step sideways potentially causing a fall. Not okay. They will also fight with you about the extremely small office and attempt to refuse treatment if you have a caregiver etc. The first higenist tried to have me removed from the office simply because I wasn't willing to argue with her or put up with her attitude. That didn't work for her, I was seen by another higenist. But ultimately did decide to take my care elsewhere. Dr. Shawn or Sean I don't care how that quack spells it to be honest. Yeah, he is good with a quick handed 'charm' so he can try and get any money out of you possible. Even at the expense of your general health. When extraction is covered and best for you, they will try to force Root Canals on you and decline you treatment of any other form. They use the old 'tap and guess' method to see what teeth are bad or good. He is an absolute wackadoodle. Tapping on my teeth with your filthy pen won't tell you how to create my treatment plan. Crazy Quack! All that did was leave more than one bad taste in my mouth, your absolutely insane methods and your filthy pen. Wash that thing and don't stick it in another mouth again. That was just filthy. I find it funny they talk about how they would want the best care for their loved ones. Yet provide some of the most substandard care I have ever encountered. The office is filthy, someone buy these people a Swiffer! Or a Dust Rag. Jeez. Eww. I actually asked to put my mask back on(was told no) covid protocol not a priority for them though they claim to be a medical provider...hmmm, breathing in all the dust from their very unclean office was awfal. Couldn't wait to leave and breathe. Office needs a deep cleaning badly. Free/County Clinics are cleaner and more equipped for treatment. No joke, no laughter. Absolutely Awfal."

"He is wonderful Dr and great with pulling out teeth .But too sad I had 2 filling and 2 crown. One crown got brook and gone in 6 months I didn’t afforded to pay again. And he didn’t offer discount. Was 7 years a go. Other crown got so yellow and changed color in few months. I no have any idea what happened . I just saw other dr couple days a go and I been told very cheep quality material was used . I end up to do it again . Both of the crowns again lately with new Dr . Beside that dr Shawn is a great Dr and her staff too . Maybe 7 years a go some thing was wrong with material."
