"I call to verify an appointment....but you never can get some one to answer. Call to make appt and no answer. Is there no receptionist at this office?"

"8/8/23 after a couple of hiccups, our overall experience has completely changed, the last 2 times, staff was courteous, efficient and over all incredible!......overall 4 stars today-10 stars. This place is a ripoff twice they got my mom through a final fitting and then canceled and then after we got in for her rescheduled appointment, they have a new requirement of photo ID which my mom doesn't have since she lives in a facility."

"Wish I could leave zero stars. They called me saying my son needs an appointment we scheduled the appointment for a month out. The day before the appointment they call me saying they have to cancel because the phone call to schedule counted as an appointment to the insurance, and now they don’t or won’t have the time to see him. The woman I spoke to was so rude. Now he has to wait 6 months to be seen or pay out of pocket. When he’s never been seen in the first place. They called me to waste our time had to take a whole day off work when I live a hour away to be able to take my son to this appointment that is now canceled. They do not care about kids. If you are lucky enough to get to choose where your child goes do not go here."

"Had an amazing experience here today! I saw Dr. John Ritacca who was so, so kind. He was very thorough in explaining to me what he was finding during my exam and what it meant. I felt very comfortable with him and appreciated his years of experience and expertise. This sort of trust in a health care provider is hard to come by these days! Thoroughly impressed. All staff were kind."
