"Don’t put your dental health off any longer! Front end staff is extremely friendly. Communication is very appreciated. I haven’t been to the dentist in years. After a coworker of mine told me about his experience with River Dental, I wanted to give it a try. Took some time to finally set up time to go in. I wish I would have done this years ago. The Dentist introduced himself by his first name. That alone was comforting. HE ASKED QUESTIONS about what I was hoping to accomplish and was understanding about my situation. He asked me where I would like to start. I had a cavity in one of my front teeth that made me uncomfortable. He was able to fill it and the procedure was FAST. I was extremely comfortable during my visit and treatment. I look forward to getting more work done in the near future."

"Dr. Ketcher is a very pleasant dentist. My review isn't about him or the staff personally. Only a review on the service I had there. I went in for a cleaning and was told I had my first ever cavities (2) and they needed to be filled. I wasn't experiencing any pain or anything, but decided to accept that they needed to be filled. I accepted and went with the process of getting them filled. I experienced the worst ever pain for weeks after the process and was told to come back in to see what happened. I was told the cavities had 'bubbles' in the filling so they would re-do the one with the bubbles and that would take care of the pain. It didn't I was still in so much pain, couldn't eat on that side of my mouth, brush the teeth or even floss there. I went back in and was told they needed to be filed back more so I did that. Still I had so much pain and couldn't eat crunchy food or brush those teeth. At this point I thought hey maybe its my teeth and I just can't get fillings, but after explaining the situation to more people they told me to just go to a new dentist. So I did, the new dentist replaced the two fillings and poof. No pain anymore. Not sure why I was having such a hard time here, but that was what happened to me. Ended up having to pay out of pocket at the new place since my insurance didn't accept that my two recent fillings would need to be replaced by a new dentist."

"Having gone roughly 6-7years without seeing a dentist. I was terrified, I had a lump growing on my bottom jaw beneath my bottom front teeth, and I decided it was finally time to see the dentist. I looked through reviews and found this place out. Oh man did I pick right, Dr. Reid Ketcher is a phenomenal dentist. He made me feel super comfortable on day one. The staff here at River Dental are amazing as well, all are very sweet and supportive. Now I’m on my journey of getting all my teeth fixed, cavities filled, and working on the lump, all of which Dr. Reid Ketcher and his staff have helped me navigate. And can I say this is the only dentist I’ve ever been too that I barely feel the needle for anesthetic. Overall I would recommend this place to everyone! I had neglected my teeth for over 6 years, and presented Dr Ketcher with several broken teeth and cavities. From day one I was treated extremely professionally, with costs being upfront and an exact treatment plan. I found the staff to be a total pleasure to work with, and Dr. Ketcher being a consummate professional, while keeping the atmosphere light and enjoyable. They addressed every concern I had immediately, and navigated me through 4 crowns and multiple cavities and fillings. I found the procedures to be gentle, and I was completely engaged in all processes. "I am a lucky guy. I need very little dental work, but do need good cleaning. For 5 years I went to a place in Hood River & while OK, there were a few small issues, but once I retired, I found the small issues & the drive to much & found River Dental. I just had 2 fillings done over 2 weeks. After not having any real work done for 15 years, I was a little apprehensive. Everyone there was great. They worked with me to spread out the work so it fit my schedule. NO Pain, at all on my 2 fillings. No numb forever after the work was done. You know the sensation, where after the numbing agent has worn off, you discover, you chewed you're tongue, none of that. Quite impressed & relived."
