A Kidz Dental Zone

"Half way through my son's braces my wife was relocated to Hood River for work. We asked if we could switch to the Hood River office from The Dalles office. My wife and I were called office Hoppers by the office manager and told both of our children were no longer patients and we needed to find a new dentist to finish his braces."

"for over a year now my daughter has had her 3 bottom adult teeth in and she recently lost two of those three teeth September 2022. Her top two teeth have now in the last 6 months started to do the same thing….. I went to Kidz Dental the moment I noticed her bottom teeth having issues in August of 2021 after having several appointments in less than 6 months August 2021 to January 2022 they told me I was being an overprotective parent and to just let it go for a few months….. February 2022 we made yet another appointment because it was hurting and causing issues with eating. We waited 20 minutes past her appointment time. When I asked why we were waiting so long they advised me it would be another 15-20 minute wait and that they did not believe she really needed to be seen due to me being a hypochondriac parent. We then left and when I called to talk to the office manager I was sent to voicemail. February 2022 to June 2022, Everytime I called I was sent to voicemail with no return call. October 2022 my daughter and I went to her well child check and the Dr. stated her teeth need to be looked at and that I was not overreacting and that I should call Kidz Dental again to just schedule another appointment and start over.. I called today and was advised we were dismissed in February for missing our appointment time with a no call no show. I asked if they could recommend me to somewhere I was told no. Then when I asked if I could speak to the office manager I was hung up on."

"Dr. House was very patient and kind at my son’s appointment. He was very concerned about his comfort and was a pleasure to be around. He was thorough in his work and made sure to do quality work. We have enjoyed going to him for several years!"

"Was able to take all 3 of my daughters to the dentist at the same time (so helpful!). My middle daughter is extremely nervous about going to the dentist, to the point I had to have her put under to have her teeth cleaned and baby teeth pulled at our previous dentist's office. But the hygienist we worked with at this office was able to get so much work done on her teeth in one sitting, it was amazing! It was also my youngest daughter's first time at the dentist and she LOVED how much fun they made it and laughed every time the hygienist said she was going to tickle her teeth by polishing them. The dentist was also extremely gentle and kind. Wonderful, wonderful experience at the dentist for everyone!"
