"Great meeting place, just off the freeway. The plantings by Castle Rock Blooms team are A-MAZING! The labels beside the plants are helpful too. The Visitors Center is open sporadically, but is operated by volunteers. You can pick up the Columbia River Reader outside... filled with good local information."

"I love it there at the bend of the river. Perfect spot to meet up. Look for rocks stacked on top of each other means someone is waiting for you. Or a flower as mistletoe over a electric love wins, where you can recharge your phone on case of a emergency Always something good waiting for you when you park and ride. Needs a garbage can at the bottom picnic area to help keep the area clean."

"This is approximately 30 miles from my home, had other business in Castle Rock. I'm from there actually, the park and ride in my opinion is pretty handy for a lot of folks though. Right off exit 49 I -5 and a passage way of sorts. Myself, about to hit the freeway northbound for home and decided to pull off for dog's convenience lol. There's not much worrying about your vehicle, at during the day there's always someone on site and it's well maintained too"
