"We went for lunch 4 days out of our 6. It's a tasty place, the food is prepared nicely, it is NOT covered in salt to tell you there is flavor. The meatballs were pretty dam good. One fell off the top of the spaghetti, and it sort of fell open, NICE !!!!"
"I decided to plan a last-minute birthday dinner for myself and invited some friends. I originally wanted to go to a rooftop bar but most of them had very select menus and it just made more sense with the temperatures to go with an indoor restaurant. I've been to this hotel before, but never checked out this restaurant so I decided to give it a try. I made a reservation online and put the special occasion as my birthday. PROS: Atmosphere was amazing, check in was very smooth, and the waiter was friendly. CONS: My birthday was never acknowledged, and while the food looked tasty it lacked flavor for the most part. I’m not much of a drinker so I typically go for a mock-tail. I didn’t see any on the menu, but I did ask the waiter if it was possible to make one and I ended up opting for a basic lemonade. I even found myself drowning it in salt and pepper for some added flavor. One of my friends was a little upset, because we were sort of rushed out of the dining area and told to move either to the bar or the hotel lobby. I'd give them 3.5 stars overall for the experience, but I don't see myself coming back any time soon."
"This is a restaurant inside the Hyatt. We were at another hotel but visited the Hyatt. The food was delicious. The spaghetti and meatballs were a little spicy...loved it. The callimari was delicious. And the cannot was to die for."
"Poor Food with a Royal Modern ambience. We ordered Chicken Carbonara, chicken Margherita Pizza, Gnocchi pasta and Chicken Marsala. The pizza dough needed improvement. The Marsala did not have gravy. The food quality needs improvement. We spent about $50 per person. Not worth it."
"I was staying at the Hyatt Regency in Seattle and decided to try the Andare restaurant on the ground floor. The service was professional, prompt and friendly; the atmosphere was ok, a bit on the cold due to the setting in which the restaurant exists. I ordered the meatballs as starter and carbonara as main. While the meatballs were tasty, good in appearance and with a nice cheese/tomato flavor, the carbonara was very bland, too creamy and not anywhere close to the real Italian carbonara. Overall, not a bad experience but I doubt I’ll visit again in future."
