"If you respect and value your time and yourself, do not apply for a job at Summit Pacific Medical Center because the employees there will not respect or value your time, your effort, or you as a person. Like another reviewer on here, I had the same experience as a prospective employee as him. I had a brief screening interview with the laboratory manager, Justin D. McClintock, whose wife, Brooke McClintock, is a registered nurse and is the director of worship and women's ministry at the First Baptist Church of Elma, on Wednesday of one week who told me that I would have a longer and more extensive interview the following week. I waited and waited for an email or a phone call that had information regarding the time and date of the second interview throughout the following week and put off scheduling things in my life because I didn't want to commit to anything not knowing what my schedule would be like. It wasn't until Thursday of the following week at the end of the work day that I was sent two automated rejection letters in succession from Elizabeth Blevins of the "Summit Pacific HR Team" via a no reply email address for two laboratory positions at Summit Pacific Medical Center that I had applied to. There is a reason why this hospital has such a high employee turnover rate and always has to hire travelers due to staffing issues. It looks like I dodged a bullet. If you are a traveler and reading this review, think twice about considering or accepting a travel assignment at this facility. Thank you for wasting my time, Summit Pacific Medical Center!"

"I do not recommend. Some employees are very rude. Some are very nice, but too many rude employees there, especially the billing department, urgent care and Emergency room. Best of luck to others who go there for health care needs. I won't be returning though if I can help it and neither will my family."

"We moved out of Grays Harbor. Then we got a call from a collections agency that we had an unpaid bill. WE ALWAYS PAY OUR BILLS. The billing department said they called but we never heard from them AND THEY DID NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE! We ended up paying the collections agency and hope our steller credit of 822 does not get impacted. Funny how the collections agency got us via the phone, but Sumit Pacific could not!!"

"If you are interested in working here I would think twice before applying. I submitted my application Nov. 20th. Spoke over the phone with the hiring manager and was told we would be scheduling a formal interview. Didn’t hear anything for a couple of weeks so I followed up to get an update. Was told that they were working on setting up a date and again heard nothing for weeks. At this point I was very skeptical of working there for the lack of professional Courtesy. But in my desire to be closer to home I reached out yet again to get an update this time I did not get a response. Today Jan, 18th I decided to call and finally was told the position has been filled. This place lacks professional curtesy and in the SIMPLE hiring process has violated all 5 of their core values. Passion, Respect, integrity, compassion, Excellence."

"I hurt my arm on Saturday. Re injured it on Monday . Urgent care saw me in a timel manner, got me x-rayed really fast, X-rays were read in pretty good time. Then they droppede off in the ER. Someone told me I needed more x-rays. That was at 5. It is now 6:41 and I am sitting in a wheelchair in the hall. No rooms are available. I was told I need to go to Olympia tomorrow"
