"I have an unfortunate genetic tendency to dental problems - no matter how I take care of my teeth, I end up back at the dentist every so often. Since moving to Astoria, I’ve come to this place for cleanings, exams, fillings and other procedures, and have never had a problem. The office staff is competent and courteous, Dr. Shakespear explains options and procedures well, despite being soft spoken and clearly very busy, and overall the experience is as pleasant as dental work can be. If I had any complaint, it’s just that the hours are fairly limited, and conflict with my schedule, such that finding time to come in can be complicated. But, that’s life in a small town! Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a new dentist."
