"If you are reading this review and others, trust me everything you read is TRUE!! I had a recalled propane regulator that needed to be replaced and since I had just purchased my travel trailer I desired my hot water tank to be "flushed". When I spoke about these to Duane he made me feel that he knew exactly what needed to be done along with knowing the exact testing method that Grand Design needed to have performed on the regulator so that I could be reimbursed. I was extremely impressed by DRS RV Repair in keeping me updated via text prior to my scheduled appointment and Duane being exactly on time!!! Wow! I've dealt with a few mobile repair companies/individuals but none were as dependable as Duane's. Not only is he helpful (he flushed my hot water tank without charging me extra and taught me how to do it) but he gives you peace of mind with his knowledge base.
