Only positive: the owner made it right and made sure I had a loaner vehicle while they sorted out their insurance to get us paid for the vehicle they totaled. After my car was at Petersen's, something went wrong on my way to the airport, I parked it in a Seattle lot and left town for two weeks. They were willing to come from Port Angeles, pick up the car, and fix a problem they felt they were responsible for and didn't charge me extra, and put the vehicle back where it was parked for me when I got back. They could have left me out to dry but they displayed the highest level of integrity. Another time I was able to get my car repaired with them for $700 when another shop as well as the Subaru dealership quoted me over $2,000."
