"I took my zero turn mower in for servicing. I expected it to have the usual change of filters and oil. I also expected the cutting deck to be cleaned, bearings checked for lubrication, etc. They called to say new cutting blades were needed and I approved the work. I received a call that the mower was ready to go. When I picked it up it was dirtier than when I took it out there. They hadn't even blown out the loose grass around the engine or on the battery and there was still caked grass under the cutting deck. The wheel bearing areas were still dirty so I know they didn't check the lubrication and there was no evidence of anything else having been checked. The engine is running a bit rough too. This was supposed to be an annual servicing, not merely a filters and oil replacement. Extremely unsatisfactory."

"Bought a Husqvarna 348 riding lawn mower. Sadly can't recommend it. The mower came way out of adjustment on the mower deck so bad it made a awful sound and mowed wildly uneven. Had to adjust it myself well over an inch all around just to get a barely even cut and to quiet it down. The mower itself is way underpowered. You can't engage the mower deck until the engine has run for a long time and then at almost full throttle. Even then it chokes and sputters trying to start the blades. Don't even get me started on the backup cut off ignition function. For well over 4 thousand bucks for a mower you'd expect the unit to have been properly set up and checked out before delivery. Get a basic rider at Home Depot for 2 grand and save yourself the trouble."

"Fantastic service and quality work. Hometown business at its best. Much better quality mowers and equipment that Lowe’s or Home Depot. Don’t let them fool you! Those and not the same quality as what Trent will sell you here. Take advantage of this place and support a truly genuine small family business! Well worth the extra drive if you’re one of the unfortunate ones who doesn’t live in the Nooksack Valley ."

"We brought a saw to be sharpened and were told it was going to take 2-3 days and after going in and calling to check, being told that it was going to be another 2-3 days, 5 weeks went by and we had to go get it and bring it somewhere else! Terribly unorganized, I would NOT recommend if you want to get your equipment back in a timely fashion! Not apologetic when calling and asking about it either! Not a professional business!"
