That guy doesn't like anything and seems to spend a lot of time looking for places to use the bathroom, ironically speaking of people being "Walmart low class". Calling oneself "Mr. Bigballs" seems to be pretty clear evidence of trying to compensate for something."

Time and materials can run into thousands of dollars due to Crystal ball diagnostics. HIGH EMPLOYEE TURN AROUND. No regard to ABYC guidelines. No benefits at all. Butcher shop at best. Stay away. Depreciation, free with service. Owners lie and blame techs for inferior parts and repairs. SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. Turning away from your work with both hands tooled up in a service panel paints the picture of experience on this guy's business card. Do yourself a favor..steer clear."
