"Never take your laptop here. I told them what was wrong the guy at the front desk said that he doesn’t know anything about laptops but his colleague does and would call me in the day of latest the next day. I said I’m good I’ll just take it elsewhere. He has his hands on my laptop and said no we got it and took it. I told him okay but I NEED it by Tuesday and that was the only reason I was bringing it in. That was on Thursday- I got a call the following Thursday it took 7 days for them to call me and tell me the OS needed rebooted which I already told them. I was already out of town at the convention I needed the laptop for. DO NOT BRING YOUR COMPUTER HERE FOR ANY REASON"
